Dear Ones,

We thank you for being with us today.

We understand that your daily lives offer you challenges as well as opportunities for loving relationships, support from family and friends and those who are close to you.

We ask you to remember the importance of self-care; making time to reflect on areas of your life that are not in harmony with you; such as people and or situations that are stressful for you. It takes personal strength to honor yourself in searching for the greater meanings of the dynamics between yourself and others within your relationships. We ask you to be gentle with yourself, no guilt or blaming; you are releasing old perceptions and allowing greater aspects of yourself to develop.

You always have free will to review, revise and change how you see and understand yourself and to make changes in your life and in your beliefs. This takes personal strength, courage on your part, having faith in yourself that you can handle change. Being able to change your mind, your perspective, if that is what is best for you. This is being flexible—adaptable to life. This signifies growth on your part.

No matter what types of challenges you are faced with, know that we Angels stand with you. We cannot change your mind nor can we another person, but we are here to support you and guide you the best that you allow us to. It is always your choice.

We are here with love and respect for you and your souls’ growth. Call on us whenever you require comfort, support and love.

The Angels

                                                                      As A Family

As an Intuitive Counselor it is my job to receive and give messages from Spirit to my clients. The information that I receive is from the clients' soul wisdom; their connection to Divinity and all of their souls' experiences. The pictures, feelings and messages that are given are all sent with love and compassion to you from your soul, offering guidance to you in your best interest. You are never told what to do; messages offer insights and support for you. Messages give you another perspective to see your situation, and possibly new options for you to consider.

One example was when I was working with a new client I will call Jane. The images given me depicting Jane's current situation were of her walking uphill, carrying large heavy bundles on her back. She was tired, frustrated and somewhat depressed. She was a strong and responsible person, so she kept on walking uphill, doing her job, no matter what. I could feel what a loving mother and wife she was.

I saw and sensed her husband walking behind her, doing his job, but not burdened, no bundles; he was responsible and loving as well. The message from Spirit to Jane was, "It is your choice, we ask you to stop carrying so much responsibility upon yourself. Share it with your family. You are all strong and capable, you can all handle this. There are many lessons here; by taking on all of the responsibilities of the family, you are taking away the opportunities for the others to learn, share and grow for themselves."

I asked Jane if she understood the scene and the messages from Spirit. "Yes," she did. Jane explained that because of the economy, they downsized their home. Jane was earning more than her husband and even worked some evenings; she felt pressure to take care of the home, children and her job. She also felt guilty that she was no longer home every night with her children, ages 8 and 10.

Jane's Soul wisdom suggested that she allow her husband to help with home chores, "just ask him." Spirit suggested that her children were now, "learning to care for themselves and each other, forming a better bond between themselves by her being away a few nights a week."

"Oh, I never thought of it like that." Jane said. "That is all true; my husband would do more if I asked him to; so would the kids. I just want everyone to be happy and taken care of." Jane left with much to consider and feeling better about herself and her situation. These insights opened Jane's eyes to a bigger picture of what being a family really means, and that to be her best does not mean she has to, "go it alone."

Spirit—our Soul essence is always ready to support and guide us so that we may live a balanced and compassionate life. Jane is wise in being open to Spirit and its suggestions and insights to help her understand the greater perspective of her influence in her family’s dynamics. Opening to our intuition and asking for Divine inspiration, guidance and strength is always available to us.

Our Potential is in Love and Relationships

“My purpose from the beginning was to live in you and you in Me.” Jesus.

I was recently given the book, THE SHACK, by a friend who could not believe I had not read it yet. I found the book to be spiritually insightful and powerful in its ability in creating a story that includes three individual characters portraying The Trinity-- God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, who are there to help heal a father who is suffering from a tragic loss. The story has no religious overtones.

THE SHACK, written by Wm. Paul Young, was a best seller with more than two million copies sold, offers to open one’s mind in understanding the depth of relationship, love and trust that The Trinity offers to each us unconditionally; whether we accept it or not.

“All love and relationship is possible for you only because it already exists within me, within God-myself. Love is not the limitation…I am love.” Jesus

“We want you to join us in our circle of relationship.” “As you grow in relationship with me, what you do will simply reflect who you really are.” Jesus.

Through its story line, THE SHACK does an amazing job in answering some of life’s toughest questions as to why bad things happen to good people, and why we have free-will.

As human beings we learn and grow through personal relationships. This book offers us another way of understanding God’s desires and intentions for us in relationship with The Trinity. I hope you find insights, hope and forgiveness in reading this book.

Dear Ones,

We thank you for sharing your time with us this day. As Angels we are here to support, guide and share information with you to the greatest extent that you allow us to do this. We are here and know your happiness, joys and love that you have in your lives. We also hear, see and understand your self-doubts, fears and sorrows that you experience.

If you are unhappy with your life, part of you is unhappy with yourself. The ability to like/love yourself and to live a peaceful life with others is a right that you have been given by God, because you are a part of God.

From the love that God has for each of you, you were created. That same love is inherent in you and is a powerful tool for you to use in shaping yourself and your life. It is time for you to realize your true strengths, love, equality, non-judgment, they are all part of what you are made of. You are reminded to focus on your best attributes and develop them. It is time to realize and release the limiting beliefs that you have regarding yourself; these are personal tests. Work on nurturing attitudes of gratitude and fairness, this will assist you in attaining greater harmony in your own life.

We ask you to pray for spiritual strength, creating quiet time to feel and strengthen your connection to God. As you feel peace and compassion in your heart, you may multiply this love and know this is who you are. You do make a difference in this world. It is time to be courageous and be the light and love that you truly are.

Dear Ones,

Thank you for once again sharing your time with us. As God has given you many angels to support, assist, and guide you there are a few angels that you know by name. I am Archangel Gabriel and I shall be working with you today.

One of my abilities is in working with you in understanding and delivering clear messages, information for you to consider and or to share with others. I help those who speak, teach, and communicate ideas so that they may do this with clarity, truth and integrity. I am here to partner with you to understand clearly your issues such as limiting beliefs about your personal worth, personal responsibility, fairness, and your connection to The Divine.

Call upon me to help you clear any old beliefs of being separate from God, and together we shall strengthen your true connection with your Soul, (understood as your intuition,) so that you may know and feel your Souls’ oneness with God, feeling peace, love and acceptance. Dear Ones,

We thank you for being with us today. We speak with you about Eternal love, this is what you feel in your hearts and what you remember as feelings for someone you have loved. Eternal love is what you feel, when, “you know you are in love.” This energy of love is always with you and is indelible in your souls and all of your being. Feelings of peace, harmony, self-acceptance and unity are all part of eternal love.

The feelings and memories that you have of loved ones is always with you---you may recall them by meditating or taking time to think of these individuals. It is your choice to keep love alive within your heart. With the feelings of love we feel connected to others, to life itself. If you are feeling the loss of a loved one, or disconnected / out of balance within your own life, it is time to call on the Angels of Eternal Love to support you in recalling your loving relationship with yourself, God, and to others.

Your original bond with God was created with pure love; this is still intact and yours to access. See yourself one with this divine energy; breathe it in and accept it. Allow yourself to heal in this energy. Eternal love aids you in accepting peace within yourself for who you are.

Our New Today --- And Beyond

Welcome January 2013! We have embraced and endured the challenges and opportunities of 2012 and its prophesied days of 12-12-12 and the winter's Solstice of 12-21-12. Many millions of humans have been awakened to their souls' purpose of opening more and more to God and in embracing our true Spiritual nature as one with Divinity. Through-out the past twenty five years more have come to consciously join with the energies of God by working with and intending the blessings of love, peace and forgiveness to all of mankind and life on earth. It is through this "Awakening Consciousness" that humanity has made a great leap in its spiritual evolution, called "The Great Shift of Human Consciousness." We are creating this new paradigm for continued uplifting and enlightenment of souls who inhabit the earth today and tomorrow.

Our new "today" requires the following from us:

∞ Positive Intent in all that we think, do, and create.

∞ Releasing fear of change.

∞ Envision peace to any and all places in the world where there is unrest, upheavals and fighting. Send blessings there to all who are involved, that a peaceable solution is theirs Now. You may do this through meditation and or conscious prayer or intentions.

∞ Understand that any institution that does not operate with integrity and respect for others will fail. These institutions will be re-built based on codes of ethics to be honest, fair in serving all of humanity, not just a limited few. Have faith in the process, this includes the time of failings and of transitions; and intend love, light and blessings on them. These include governments and their agencies/policies, political systems, financial systems, institutions, private and governmental agencies, manufacturers large and small, and other institutions. Do not fear these changes as they are needed to correct the injustice and unbalanced distribution of power and authority, as well as worldly goods and resources that presently are in transition.

∞ Look for new means of creating electricity, cleansing of water and the air. Improved methods of creating nourishing food. As spiritual beings that are here to truly improve life on earth for all living creatures, this is an important aspect of what our new times are all about. In the midst of all of the changes coming, know and see yourself as safe, one with God in this process. Continue to bless all of life with your intention, "for the best of all involved."

Humanity has come this far knowing that our challenges are many. Our intent is for all of humanity to live in peace, integrity and fairness throughout the world. We can do this; stay committed to being the divine soul that you are. Live with compassion for yourself and others daily. Follow the Godliness of your soul, your intuition, and we will achieve our greatest desires.

Welcome Winter Solstice of 12-21-12 !   As we herald in humanity’s new dawn which bringsto us heightened energies to assist us in reaching our true goals of knowing ourselves as Spirit, being one with God and as such living and understanding higher standards of honoring all of life, love, and the essential aspect of forgiveness that humanity requires in living a compassionate and fulfilling  life.

To embrace the energies of today in uplifting your soul you may choose to:

Meditate:with the intention of connecting fully to God and your High Self, bringing peace and clarity to your conscious, physical being.

Use this time to ask for grace and patience for yourself, to allow you to see and understand more of your life and others from a spiritual perspective. Be open to letting go of old beliefs and behavior that has limited you and caused separation from others.

Intend to understand forgiveness more for yourself and for others in your life.  Allow yourself forgiveness and begin forgiving others.

With gratitude, bless yourself and all of life. Everyone, every atom, stars and the universe; we are all one.

Know that our spiritual and personal growth is created one thought at a time, and that we are strong enough to birth a greater more loving version of ourselves. This is what our new time is all about. We are creating our New Earth; it is deep within our own hearts.  WE are our new frontier, only we may accomplish this for ourselves.

Congratulations! Humanity is well on its way of uplifting its spiritual consciousness; in a continual state of remembering, allowing and self- actualization, melding with our true Creator/spiritual essence. This day has been preceded with new light forms/ energies coming to this planet for twenty five years; beginning with the Harmonic Convergence of Aug. 15 – 17th, 1987.

As this date has been given to us for aeons, as the date for humanity to decide collectively to either advance in our spiritual growth and connection to God Creator, living our lives with love, respect and equality for all humanity, or leave our physical bodies and this planet. All forms of life here and throughout the universe are in gratitude for our diligent efforts and advancements.

To all the light workers and spiritually guided individuals here on earth, thank you for opening your awareness of your spiritual origins. Thank you for meditating, learning modalities to assist all in this process. Thank you for making conscious efforts and permanent changes in your lives and belief systems to be a loving, accepting and compassionate human being a part of your reality. Your individual efforts and growth have raised the positive energies and group consciousness not only of yourself, but all humans here on earth.

We have only begun to grow toward our full actualization of spirit that we truly are. From 12-12-12 through 12-21-12, the Winter Solstice, is a significant time for all of life here, as the cosmic forces coming to earth now are intensified, in preparation for humanity to move to a new portal, “Zero Point”; a time where mankind may leave its old vestiges of limited beliefs of separation from God and each other behind. This new time—new lives we are moving into is called, a “New Earth.” The New Earth is symbolic of humanity LIVING our God essence. Choosing to live daily: in love, connection/oneness with all of life, compassion and forgiveness.

Tools to use to continue our spiritual awakening and development are meditation, connecting to and working with life forms from the plants kingdom, animal kingdom, mineral kingdom, higher life forms such as angels, guides, Master Teachers, Ascended Masters and other life forms. Using and or learning healing modalities implementing greater levels of consciousness beyond Western medicine such as color and sound therapy, Reiki, Healing Touch, Theta Healing, Merkaba work, The Golden Mean, The Fibonacci code, to name a few.

A major tool in humanity’s advancement is forgiveness. Without forgiveness we hold ourselves and others in judgment. It is not ours to judge, it is our choice to learn from our limited thinking/beliefs, and to choose to think and act more God like making compassion and love an underlying base for our motivation and consideration in all that we do.

Dear Ones,

Thank you for our time together.The Angels of New Beginnings may also be known as the Guardian Angels of Children. These angels protect new life, anything that is in the process of growing that care, nourishment and love are needed for its healthy development.This applies not only to mothers, children and caregivers. It also applies to your inner child; that part of you that seek safety and love, honoring new beginnings, projects, relationships or new ideas in your life.

By partnering with these angels through heartfelt communications you are asking for strength and support throughout your new endeavor. You may ask for guidance, nurturing, and inspiration for all aspects of this new experience. Be open to the ideas, promptings and feelings, (some of forgiveness and or gratitude) you will be receiving. Act accordingly.

Seeking acceptance, wisdom and protection for yourself and all those involved in your new journey; the Angels of New Beginnings are always available to support you in times of self-doubt, loneliness or confusion. Call upon them. Sit quietly and ask forDivine guidance from God and support from the angels; this is always there for you. This process will uplift you and aid in releasing pains, fears and old sorrows that have held you from being your highest and best possible self. Invest the time and energy in your development of self and your soul growth by conversing with God and the angels for this is your gift and right. Empower  yourself with the blessings that are available to you through your requests and spiritual development. A Gift to The World

Recently I learned of an amazing young woman named AkianeKramarik. She is a child prodigy who was born in Mount Morris, Illinois to amother who was an atheist and to a working dad. She would have visions about God and heaven. At the age of 4 she began drawing the visions she saw and atage 6 she began painting; self- taught from observation and study. Her artwork is of Jesus, heaven, nature and portraits of individuals from all ethnic backgrounds and walks of life. All of her works are, “inspirations from God, ofthings that she has seen in her visions and visits to heaven.” Her paintings capture her spirituality. Akiane describes the colors that she sees in her visions as,” out of this world.” Her art describes God vividly as, “a boldlight, strong, with beautiful eyes.” In her spiritual growth she brought God to her family.

At the age of 7 she began to receive poetry, often completely conceived. Akiane is also self- taught in playing the piano, and now also composes music. Her days begin early in the morning as she spends four to six hours creating art, music, poetry or writing. As a young adult she has written two books. All that she does is a reflection of her Spirituality that comes from her daily connection and reflections with God. Her wish: "that everyone would love God and one another".

Her artwork has been displayed in galleries and museums throughout the world.  Akiane’s life goal is, “to share her love for God and people around the world.” Akiane annually raises money from her artwork and donates it to charitable causes throughout the world.  She would like people to, “find hope in herwork.”  Her gifts give humanity a view into aspects of God and heaven.

This holiday season is once again our opportunity to reflect on knowing and strengthening our connection to God and each other. The tradition of gift giving reminds us to share our selves via our love, happiness and gratitude with our family, friends and others. With love and gratitude you may create loving intentions, blessings, for these individuals, gifting them your heart felt appreciation of them. Reflecting on any relationships you may have that is in need of healing, sending your forgiveness to those you are at odds with helps to heal you and them. Christmas is about appreciating the gifts that we already have---God and each other, and expressing your gratitude for them in your life.

We are grateful to spend time with you today. We understand the trying times that many of you are going through. We share with you information regarding the Angels of Mercy. Their function is to bring mercy into your lives and hearts. You are asked to call upon them whenever you feel lost, in despair, or are confused as to what actions to take in difficult matters.

With your heart and mind open your intension is of partnering with The Angels of Mercy. By doing this you are growing your faith and are being given additional emotional, psychological and or physical strengths that you require right now. These angels aid you in seeing the larger picture of what is happening in your life and assist your feeling safe enough to allow yourself to understand your conscious and subconscious underlying beliefs and actions that created this situation.

The mercy comes in forgiveness of yourself and in increasing faith in yourself that you are strong enough to get through these stressful experiences. Being open to and aware of this guidance and allowing you to flow with the situations and solutions that will come; by understanding that your open heart and loving nature create harmony in you and others. Trust that you are receiving clarity and personal strength from God in your times of struggle. Dear Ones,

We thank you for allowing us to be with you again today. Our message is to remind you of your own spiritual nature, personal strength, personal wisdom, convictions, morals, your identity. To ask how do you want to live your life and be in relationship with God, yourself and others?

At times it may be difficult to be the better person that you are capable of being. There may be personal or financial situations that you must deal with that push you to your limits --- It may be difficult to be open, understanding, flexible, compassionate and understanding to someone else or the situation you are living through. It is exactly at these stressful times that you are being given the opportunity to slow down, reflect on the best action to take. Asking yourself, "How would I want to be treated in this situation?"

Are you able to look at the other side of this situation, from another perspective? Realizing that you have a choice in how you view the event and that the better way to handle this stressful situation is to step back and be as non-judgmental as possible. Do your best by creating a solution that is right for all parties. To do this takes spiritual insight, willpower and self-control. Your life contribution on Earth matters and is impacted with each thought that you create and every breath that you take. You are valuable for being you. How you live and what you believe and create effects you and others.

We remind you that Archangel Michael is the angel of strength; physical and emotional, available to help you move through personal fears so that you may live your life doing what is right for you at the same time honoring others. Call upon Archangel Michael to help you to have the personal strength to be kind and loving of yourself aiding your spiritual development.

Angel Daniel is available to help you with forgiveness of self, to let go of self-judgment, blame and criticism of others. We urge you to call upon these and all angels to help you when you feel weak or lost. You are stronger than you know and you have the potential for great healing of yourself and others if you take a stand to be your best right now.

Your Heart Rings True

Dear Ones,

Thank you for once again joining us today.

One of the greatest gifts you have as a human is your heart. Besides the physiological functions of the heart in keeping one alive, the heart is your access center to the wisdom of your Oversoul.

Your heart is your guide to the highest spiritually balanced intentions and actions you may achieve. With relationships, it is in honoring and supporting yourself and your relationships with others that your heart guides you to know and act upon from the true goodness that is inherently your High Self. Your heart wisdom knows the thoughts, actions and deeds that are truly aligned with what is for your best and highest purpose in this life for your High Self’s growth. You may feel this at times as intuition.

Heart wisdom works with your mind, body and your emotions. When loving, compassionate thoughts and beliefs dominate your conscious awareness your emotional wellbeing is stable. Your overall being is graced with feelings of empathy and being consciously aware of others and their needs. You will become more intuitive to the people, animals and events in your life. You will instinctually know the right course of action to take, even if your mind-ego may be more critical and judgmental of the person or situation at hand; you know you have a choice in your response.

We remind you to trust your heart and intuition in all that you do. When your mind and heart are at odds, wait, be still and ask again, or do nothing until the response feels right to you. Trust your heart. Do what is right in all situations---what you create is what you will live with. Acts of love and fairness will bring more of the same to you. Do the right thing the first time and you will succeed. Trust your connection with God and that connection will strengthen. Praying is conversing with The Divine. Know that we angels are here in support of you; call and speak with us at any time.

Dear Ones,

Thank you for once again allowing us to speak with you. With humanity fully understanding now that old philosophies and beliefs that taught racism, elitism and greed must no longer be tolerated, and that drastic changes must be made globally for the betterment of all, as evident in the problems with the worlds global economy, nations political systems needing overhauling, global solutions needed for human rights and global solutions needed for greater demands of food and water, mankind is now at a pivotal point in deciding its fate here on earth.

These problems were not created overnight. It has taken thousands of years of living life as a linear thinking human beings, believing and living a “me vs. you” mentality. Throughout the ages there have always been spiritual humans who taught and lived a spiritual life of love, faith in your connection with Creator, and forgiveness. Humanity has been blessed with Jesus, Buddha, Shiva, Mohammed and other great religious leaders to guide you in living life as a spiritual being. Their teachings were of knowing that a Creator makes all of life, of humility, honesty, and regard for life and for each other. Through lifetimes it has continually been your personal choices that have brought you each here today.

NOW is the time to release yourself from old paradigms. We Angels are here to assist you in recalling your connection to God Creator; this is called faith. With your faith in your whole being and the knowing-- trusting in the wisdom of your own soul, it is time to step out of your old hurts, angers, judgments, and self-pity and release yourself into unity with God Creator. With complete love and understanding of God Creator you may accept healing now and open your awareness to your spiritual oneness with Creator. Now is the time for action. There is no time for denials and illusions. You are worthy of living a blessed and harmonious life with Creator, yourself and others. As you do this you begin again to remember that you are and always have been one with The Source of all life. Human life is an illusion of separation from God, it is your souls work to know yourself as a spiritual being while living a physical existence.

Trust in the process, have faith in yourself. Know that you are worthy of a happy and peaceful life here. Call upon us to assist you with strength of heart and inner wisdom. It is your faith that will carry you through this; and your inner knowing that this is true.

The purpose of working and learning about spirit is to offer you the opportunity to expand your conscious awareness of your spiritual essence and your true oneness with Creator and all of life-light-energy-information. The greater your awareness and experiencing of these higher levels of consciousness the stronger and clearer your working connection to your soul energy - intuition and greater ability in working with spiritual helpers on all levels; which leads to self-mastery. Self-mastery brings you a state of peace, equilibrium and wisdom as you live your life as a conscious co-creative spiritual being on earth.

As you work more and more with these higher energies, Creator, Angels, Master Teachers, Ascended Masters you merge with their energies and receive/ grow at whatever level you are able to accommodate, raising your vibrations to higher frequencies. In raising your vibrations you are better able to access more and more universal information, wisdom and truths; all to help you navigate life as an awakened soul open to serving others by living life for," the highest and best good of all involved". What is beneficial for one is beneficial for another. Love, equality, forgiveness and right action is essential for all humanity to grow and live by. These higher standards are Creator's -The Universe's new requirements for humanity to live by NOW.

Thank you for again allowing us this time to be with you. We speak with you today about finding your center of balance in knowing your Oneness with Creator God. Although you are here in a physical world, you have for ages lived on earth experiencing duality and polarity in all matters. Right vs. wrong, light vs. dark, man vs. woman, you vs. them. These beliefs are of lack and seperation; this has been your self test. As you are now into mankind's new times, with new light energies coming to you to assist you in creating your new light bodies, it is time to be your true spiritual selves. This is what this new time is about.

You chose to live on earth to have the opportunity to make choices in your lives that reflect your spiritual oneness with all of life. To share with others your kindness, compassion, love, forgiveness and by being non-judgmental; being the greater whole and balanced being that you are, always connected to Creator God. It is time to remember and live this truth. Would you intentionally hurt yourself? No. Bigotry, selfinshness, elitism, pollution all say that one cares more about his/her needs then the good of all of life.

We angels are here to remind you to see/know yourself as one with ALL OF LIFE. We encourage you to let go of old thinking and beliefs about seperation and lack. Embrace yourself as an energy that is affected by everything that happens in the world. Meditate, go into the silence, listen to your inner feelings to honor yourself and others more. Find community with others, see yourself reflected in others. It is your desires of a united and fruitful life for yourself and all of humankind that will create this reality. It is time for you to see your life as fruitful and your heart, mind and spirit in harmony together.

HUMAN TUNING Sound Healing With Tuning Forks by John Beaulieu is a fascinating book on the principles and methodology he developed using tuning forks to balance one’s nervous system. Originally working with psychiatric patients at Bellevue Psychiatric Hospital in New York City under a research grant in 1974, Dr. Beaulieu studied the effects of sound on the nervous system.

What Dr. Beaulieu found, as he held his experiments in an Anechoic Chamber (a soundproof room) was that your nervous system has a high-pitched sound; and that this sound may be heard by you through focused listening and that your nervous system is directly related to your physical, mental and emotional states. If you are calm, your nervous system would emit a lower pitch sound; stressed or overly emotional; your nervous system would emit a high-pitched, screeching sound. He realized that the nervous system may be tuned like a musical instrument. Dr. Beaulieu began experimenting using tuning forks on himself in the Anechoic Chamber. He listened to the sound of his nervous system and then tapped two different tuning forks together then brings them to his ears. Three things happened; first: the two tones from the tuning forks merged into one pulse; second: the sound of his nervous system changed and matched the sound of the tuning forks; third: there was a change in the way he held his body after hearing the vibrating tuning forks.

Dr. Beaulieu found that the sound of your nervous system indicates your current inner tuning. He also understood that working with the different tones from the tuning forks opens you to different states of awareness of yourself, thoughts, emotions and sensations. Research with biochemists found that working with tuning forks and human cells, nitric oxide, a chemical / biological regulator that promotes good cellular health and is a fundamental component in the fields of neuroscience, physiology, and immunology in the human body. Studies of NO, nitric oxide, received a Nobel Prize for the research performed in these areas and was proclaimed “Molecule of the Year” in 1992. (1)

Dr. Beaulieu has found that “a fundamental principle of sound healing is that physical, emotional, and mental symptoms are being generated by an underlying energy field (life force). So if the individual’s energy field is changed, (by striking the tuning fork) then their physical, emotional and mental behavior patterns will also change.” (2)

Many sound healing instruments come from ancient traditions such as Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, chimes, gongs, flutes, sacred chants and music; tuning forks are yet another modality for us to use in obtaining optimal health and balance for ourselves.

Good day. What a glorious fine day this is. On a day like today it is easy to feel in harmony and life blossoming all around you. As you acknowledge the beautiful blue sky, the gentle warm breeze, and the sun filled day, it is easy to look outside and find natural beauty.

Now what about you? In self-reflection are you able to discern your own beauty? We are not talking about physical beauty, but yes, please count that as a blessing of yours. Do you have a temperament that is one of cooperation with others? Do you have (some) patience to listen to and care about someone else? Do you share with or help others? Are you thoughtful of the welfare of others? These are all aspects of your intrinsic beauty, the beauty of your being. Right now, be still and reflect on today; have you shared your time or talents with another? How have you supported or comforted someone? Have you extended kindness without the need to receive something in return?

Giving yourself beyond your own wants and needs are your soul working toward the “highest and best good” for you and another. Living your soul wisdom is part of your inner beauty and oneness with all of life. When you give of yourself you are sharing your spiritual wisdom; there is love, service and unity in this. Please remember that you are an intrical part of all that exists and that what you do, think, and how you live your life affects all of life as you know it.
